What is the dress code?

Dressy Casual

 

What about the ALCOHOL?

We are pleased to present OPEN BAR for beer/wine from 7pm-11pm.  Cash bar for mixed drinks.

 

Will there be food?

Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served throughout the night. 

 

Are we meeting Friday night?

Yes.  Please come out to Carlos O'Kellys for an informal gathering Friday, June 26th at 6pm.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, there will be a master list at the door.  No cash will be accepted at entry.  All payments need to be received by June 13, 2015.

 

What is the refund policy?

All purchases are non-refundable.  If possible, your registration can be transferred to another attendee.  Please contact brookepoint1995@gmail.com if you have any questions/concerns.  

 

How do I get into Aquia Harbour?

The front gate will be aware of the event.  Please advise the guard that you are attending the BPHS Reunion at the Clubhouse for entry.  

 

Will there be door prizes?

The BPHS Planning Committee is currently requesting donations for door prizes.  If you would like to provide a door prize, please send an email to brookepoint1995@gmail.com.
